Getting Help: Log in to IT Services Support to Submit a Ticket

If you need help from IT Services, one of the best ways is to Submit a Ticket. A ticket is a request like an email, except:

  • A ticket can be assigned to a specific staff
  • Multiple staff can view a ticket, including managers
  • Tickets have due dates, priorities, and automatic escalation if there is no activity on them.

How do you submit a ticket?

  • Browse to
  • Log in with your OCAD U username and password
  • Select Submit a Ticket
  • Describe the issue you're having and the priority, and click Submit!
