ePortfolio: Disabled Account

If you see the following message when trying to sign-in to your ePortfolio account:

 

ePortfolio Disabled Account

 

Access to your ePortfolio account has been disabled, it could be due to the following reasons:

 

  • You may be trying to access your ePortfolio account outside of the submission period. Access to the ePortfolio system is no longer available after the submission period, and works can no longer be accepted outside of this time frame.
  • Some or all of your content may have been flagged by OCAD U. Please check your email for communication and instructions regarding your work.

 

If you feel that there may have been an error and that none of the above apply to you, please contact the GradEx Support Team at gradex@ocadu.ca for assistance with your account.
