UPDATE DECEMBER 2020:

Due to the Covid 19 Pandemic and worsening public health outlook campus access has been suspended, along with the Service Depot. If you have equipment needs from IT Services including laptop pickups, returns or AV equipment related needs, please contact us at ithelp@ocadu.ca and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

Beginning in November 2020 the Service Depot will be offering pickup and drop off and will be available on Mondays and Thursdays from 9:00am to 12:00pm. 

Services offered:

Faculty & Staff:

  • Equipment pickup and return
  • Laptop pickup and return
  • Laptop repairs

Students:

  • Laptop Repairs & Repair Loaners
  • Software Pickup
  • Equipment return

Process: 

Users needing IT equipment service are asked to email ITHelp@ocadu.ca to inquire. Once your service has been confirmed please visit the OCAD U - IT & Studio Management: Curbside Pickup page to schedule an appointment.
