TechSmith Knowmia - Videos do not appear in Canvas using Safari

There is an issue with the Safari web browser where TechSmith Knowmia (formerly Relay) videos do not appear when embedded in Canvas. This is caused by a privacy setting in Safari. To view videos, disable the setting Prevent cross-site tracking.

  1. In Safari, click Safari in the menu bar and select Preferences.
  2. Select the Privacy tab.
  3. Uncheck Prevent cross-site tracking and close the preferences panel.
  4. Refresh the Canvas page that contains the video.
