OCAD U 365 Info Sessions for Faculty and Staff

With the upcoming student launch of OCAD U 365 and addition of apps like Bookings and MyAnalytics, we are holding 2 in-person and 2 online info sessions for faculty and staff to better support collaboration at OCAD U via the Office 365 suite of applications.

 

Session One: Managing Your Time

In Person: January 21 1-2 PM
Online: January 28 12-1 PM

  • Task Management: Tasks, To-Do, Planner Apps
  • File Management: OneDrive and working in the cloud

Session Two: Connecting with Students and Colleagues
In Person: January 24 1-2 PM
Online: February 7 12-1 PM

  • Bookings for Scheduling Office Hours
  • Teams: Communicating with students and colleagues, facilitating student project work and more
  • Video Conferencing in O365
  • Polling and Surveys
  • OneDrive: Document collaboration
