Copy & Print Services: Job Turnaround and Rush Orders

Student Jobs (walk-ins and online orders) are completed on a first-come, first-served basis. Turnaround is dependent on similar volume (long line-ups mean long wait times), which means wait times can range from a few minutes to a few hours.
For Staff and Faculty Print Jobs we enforce a 24-hour turnaround (Weekdays only). Said Jobs may be completed within the turnaround bracket, however notice of completion and release will be at the discretion of Copy & Print Services.
Jobs that are required by the customer to be completed before our mandated turnaround time (24hrs) are considered Rush Orders. Rush Orders can be specifically requested or are categorized thus at Copy & Print Services' discretion. Jobs valid for Rush Orders are subject to 'Print-Priority' fees.
Students are prohibited to request Rush Orders for any work pertaining to their Academic Studies.
Faculty are prohibited to request a Rush Order for standard copy/print jobs (ie.: syllabus, assignments, exams). Faculty may request a Rush Order they are submitting a personal job or a job that has been permitted via their Faculty Office.
Staff and Members of the Public may request a Rush Order for any job.
Rush Orders incur a fee that is tangential to the pre-existing volume of the shop and it's average workload. This is represented with a base charge of $7.00 OR 30% of the job total, whichever is greater.
The fee can be waived under certain circumstances.
