Laptop Program: 2015-16 Max Licensing Issue

In Winter 2016, students who paid Max Fees for Cycling '74 Max software discovered that their software did not run for a year from the date it was activated on. This was due to a licensing error.

If you encountered this situation and would like your license extended:

  1. Please visit the IT Services Help Desk.
  2. We will deactivate your current Max License on your Laptop 
  3. You will be provided a new Activation Code.

Unfortunately, we cannot extend the license remotely, and this must be performed at the IT Services Help Desk.

How to Activate Your Max License

  2. Sign in with your Cycling 74 Account
  3. Cut and paste your activation code into the field
